1. Parent/guardian needs to fill in :

• Registration form

• Health declaration form

• Child developmental screening form

2. Parent/guardian needs to attach with

• a passport-sized photo of student

• a copy of student's MYKAD or Passport

• a copy of both parents' or guardian's MYKAD or Passport

3. Parents/guardian will receive a nursery checklist and guideline from school. 

​

4. Full payment has to be made prior to or on the first day of school. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or e-banking.
